| Firstly,
the yarn controller checks the shade and matching the color
with color swatch or lab dips. The matching yarn stored in the
warehouse till it is issue for production procedures. |

| Secondly,
the well-stored yarn issued to winding operators for winding
the yarn and the cone yarn back to the yarn distributor for
distribution to the knitting operators for knitting the garments
and the part of the knitting garments is being inspected by
knitting quality supervisor and again back to the distributor
for weight control. |

| Next,
the knitting sweater parts are send to the linking division
and then immediately send to the continue & mending section.
After completion the trim & mending the garments have to
place for a mending light check for final trim & mending
work. |
|
|
|
|
| Then,
the garments send to the washing and packing division upon completion
the light checking. Then the garments washed our and send for
ironing. In the dept. they are strongly check the measurement
and quality and send the garments for stitching all labels.
Next the garments send for pre- quality control and immediately
send to another dept for final PQC and finally send the garments
for poly and carton and ship the goods after final quality approval. |
